I received this from a reader. According to the note, it appears the following sign, written in Afrikaans was seen in a shop in Pretoria.

This is the original photo as I received it. You’ll see it shows a newspaper clipping with President Mbeki’s face on it, and below a computer printed notice. Let me explain the story behind this.

You will recall that I mentioned that The Editor of The Citizen said a few weeks back that President Mbeki is whining! This was a reference to Mbeki’s lame statements about crime. As with AIDS, President Mbeki has a disgusting policy of pretending that crime does not exist. In recent months the ANC liars, fools and clowns who run this country have this flippant way of responding to the allegations of mega-crime. They say, “Oh, but crime is a problem across the world!”. That stupid, cheeky and completely pointless reply ignores the fact that EVEN JUDGED BY THEIR OWN LYING FUDGED CRIME STATISTICS – crime in this country is still 8 times higher than the world average!! If we use Interpol’s crime estimates, then this country’s crime levels are probably more than twice as high as all the violence in Iraq put together. Perhaps one could say it another way: I’m willing to bet that more people are MURDERED in S.Africa daily, than DIE IN THE ENTIRE MIDDLE EAST INCLUDING AFGHANISTAN ON THE SAME DAY. I’m quite sure that Interpol’s estimates of crime here would support and exceed that assertion.

The other completely moronic and cheeky way in which Mbeki dodged the whole crime bullet was with this article in the news several weeks ago – which enraged me, and clearly, many other people too. Take a look below. The Afrikaans reads: “Mbeki will weet: Wat doen jy aan misdaad?” I’ll translate: “Mbeki wants to know: What are YOU doing about crime?” Doesn’t that just make your blood *BOIL*? So much for Mr “Moderate” Mbeki. He is no better than Jacob Zuma in my opinion.

So, according to this photo & email, this is how a Pretoria shopkeeper responded directly to Clown-President Mbeki:-
“Mnr Mbeki, ek belowe jou, in ‘n aanval of rooftog HIER, sal ek soveel as moontlik van die ***bliksems*** doodskiet”.

Let me translate:-
“Mr Mbeki, I promise you, that in an attack or robbery HERE, I will shoot as many of the ***bastards*** dead!”

And I’m sure that that shop keeper is not the only person absolutely BOILING OVER at Mbeki’s flippant, cheeky and issue-dodging responses to the MEGA-CRIME which is sinking this country.

In recent weeks eTV, Tim Modise and others have all run public polls asking whether people think “crime is out of control”. If I recall correctly, eTV said that 90% of the respondents said, “yes, CRIME IS OUT OF CONTROL” in this country! Everybody knows it and senses it.

Kachalia, the MEC who said he’d resign if he doesn’t sort out crime in Johannesburg in 6 months – has so far released no statistics even though his own deadline has been reached an exceeded. You will recall at the time when he promised this, I said that even when the ANC are as busy as bees, they still DO NOTHING! I rest my case.

I heard last night, that one of the senior people of Business Against Crime was shot! Already there is mega fallout over the murder of historian, Rattray so that even Prince Charles stopped reading the Koran for a moment to send his condolences. But it is apparently sending shockwaves across the world as to how safe this country is as a tourist destination.

It seems to me that high profile people are being attacked or killed at the most shocking rate this country has ever known – far worse than when the ANC were terrorists. This crime is more than 1,000 times worse than ANC terrorism was. Frankly, I miss the car bombs, the limpet mines and the mortars… Life was so good back then. Sniff.
