Israel & S.Africa – The Parallels of the Gaza pullout

[I was writing to a friend of mine in Israel who was telling me what a prick the new President, Olmert is. I told him that in my view, unless there is a right wing rebellion in Israel, he would find that each successive President is a bigger wanker than the one preceding him because Israel seems set on following a Liberal path. I mentioned to him our downhill which occurred after PW Botha was kicked out. FW De Klerk carried out one crazy move after another – releasing terrorists unconditionally, etc. And each time he did this, Military and Police Officers would predict a subsequent rise in terrorism and violence. And, each time, De Klerk ignored them, and each time the Military Officers were proven true. There was more violence and killing during the final surrender phase than before (when PW Botha was in charge). Now look at Israel. The Military said that Gaza would become a hotbed of terrorism. They said that pulling out would INCREASE the violence – not decrease it as the politicians and assorted intellectual pricks had said. And the Military predictions have been proven 110% true. Gaza is now a flaming hotbed of terrorism. Terrorist factories are churning out rockets and other weapons 24/7. Rockets are being fired into Israel ever more. Heavier weapons are being smuggled in. There are even plans by the terrorists to arm 1 million Palestinians who could then flood into Israel and attempt a mass slaughter of Jews in the future. But, if the parallels between Israel and S.Africa continue, then you’ll see that a wanker like Olmert will just turn a blind eye to it and will continue surrendering territory even though, each successive pullout and retreat will kick off even higher levels of violence and more deaths. Make no mistake, there is NO PEACE coming to Israel or Palestine any time in the next few years. There is as little chance of peace there as in Iraq. Forget PEACE in the Middle East. The Middle East is a sweltering cauldron of warfare. It is bubbling and heating up, and however bad it is now – WORSE WILL FOLLOW. Jan] |
