Take a look at these two images. These come from an advert for insurance for women only. Now I’m NOT against having insurance tailored for women only. But, as with racism, it would be cool, as long as there was a bit of fairness on both sides.
Take a look at these adverts. They also splash them on our TV. Nobody complains. This is cool, because this benefits women. But I will bet you that if tomorrow, somebody started a company tailoring insurance benefits only for MEN – that there would be an outcry, and law suits in no time at all. But look at how sexist this is… and this is quite cool. But don’t think that any for MEN could be promoted in this way because women would be jumping up and down, and they’d be accused of “discrimination”, sexism and God knows what.
