Nigeria: Soldier Narrates How He Killed Zaria Residents

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

One of the soldiers drafted to quell the post-election violence in Zaria, known as Sergeant Mailer of the Nigerian Military School (NMS), Zaria, Tuesday told his colleagues how he killed “anyone he came across in Zaria”.

The soldier was said to have told his colleagues at the Army Depot Zaria how he spent his 40 rounds of bullets. “He said when they were dispatched to quell the crisis inside Zaria City, he killed any person he came across. He was telling the story with pride, saying that human blood had soaked his uniform because of indiscriminate killings,” an army officer attached to the Depot told Daily Trust.

When contacted, the Commandant of the Army Depot Zaria, Brigadier-General Hussaini Abayomi Salihu, said he had ordered investigation to unravel the truth.

“I have ordered my Chief of Staff to assign the military police to investigate the allegation. I will tell you the rest of our investigation tomorrow (today),” Salihu said.

Meanwhile, some residents of Zaria have relieved their experiences to Daily Trust.

“I know of four people who were killed. One Ali Ahmadu, 20, of Anguwan Danmadami killed by soldiers while sitting at the gate of his house. I also know of Sanusi Nura, 18, of Kusfa, Tijjani Ibrahim, 15, of Kusfa and Ibrahim Hashim, 25, of Kwarbai. These are just the few I know among those who lost their lives through the soldiers’ bullets. Some were lucky to have escaped with gunshot wounds and are now receiving treatment at either Gambo Sawaba General Hospital or Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital,” Bello Dahiru, a relative of two of the victims told Daily Trust.

Our investigation also revealed that the 189 suspects that were checked at the army depot were subjected to different kinds of abuse that include severe beating, denial of water and food. Four of the suspects died as a result of the maltreatment, Daily Trust was told.
