Make no mistake: I do not even really care about the bit of corruption between Shaik and Zuma. Its peanuts. There is a *LOT* more corruption going on out there. In fact, President Zuma is himself the one leading the super-corruption charge. Shaik is really a small fry. He is just spoilt cry baby who is used to bribing EVERYONE and EVERYTHING he comes into contact with. But the scale of his crimes pale when compared to President Zuma’s nepotism and his invention of the “ANC-Only economy” where blacks in the ANC break our constitutional checks and balances and give themselves and their friends money by the truckload. This ANC-Only economy, which benefits among others, Julius Malema is the most shocking thing we’ve seen during the ANC’s 17 disgusting years of rule. But, let’s put that aside.
Shaik was put through South Africa’s legal system by former President Mbeki in his clandestine efforts to destroy Zuma. Shaik was the bait that Mbeki used in order to entrap Zuma with. Shaik’s trial was really intended to lay the groundwork to grab Zuma. The bigger game was to prove that Shaik was corrupt so that they could haul Zuma into court for corruption.
I had no doubt that Mbeki was playing a dirty game. But I must admit, now that I’ve seen the unbelievable scale of Zuma’s corruption in this country maybe I need to apologise to former President Mbeki. Man… he knew a thing or six about Zuma… and clearly he knew that Zuma would be the most corrupt President this country has EVER SEEN! WOW!!! And, perhaps a lot would have been uncovered if Mbeki’s plan had worked out.
Be that as it may, the bottom line is that Shaik went through our legal process and he was found guilty and sentenced to a jail sentence.
The events surrounding Shaik since he went to jail make everything else about Shaik pale into insignificance. I cannot believe what I am seeing, and what everyone in this country must be seeing and deducing from this.
Tell me this: Is there still even one person left in this country who actually believes in our justice system? Hasn’t Shaik, by himself TOTALLY DISCREDITED our justice system?
2 years ago, early in 2009, I wrote the following articles pointing out what a complete lie it was that Shaik was sick. It was as clear as daylight back then that Shaik was playing the system. It was clear that whether Shaik or Zuma or both of them were involved, that something was VERY WRONG with the justice system. How could Shaik constantly end up being declared “ill” in hospital when it was clear there was absolutely nothing wrong with him. He is like a naughty school boy.
Amazingly… EVERYONE IN THIS COUNTRY can see this… except for our Justice system!!! Shaik is a joke in our newspapers.
Shaik got out of prison on a “medical pardon” because he was “dying”. Clearly that was bogus. And he never was sick. In fact, Shaik was running around on the golf course – not bad for a “dying” man.
But get a load of this! To prove how fit and healthy Shaik is, he went and started beating people up! Suddenly, this spoilt brat cry-baby whining-baby, filthy little rat, then runs around and starts ASSAULTING PEOPLE!!!

Yes… Shaik apparently smacked a journalist on one occasion. Then Shaik also smacked a Muslim guy at the Mosque!!
This filthy little rat… who squirmed out of our justice system and makes a mockery of everything legal in this country now goes around physically beating people up… and HE IS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!!
It is one thing sneaking around in the dark of night, trying to screw our legal and justice system, but Shaik has been making a complete joke of it for YEARS NOW.
Isn’t there anyone out there who should be investigating EVERY ASPECT OF SHAIK’S JAIL SENTENCE? Clearly, the doctors who said Shaik was dying were LYING!!! Shouldn’t they be hauled before our judges? It goes without saying that Shaik should be thrown before the judges for these instances of assaulting people!!!
It should be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that South Africa’s Justice and Government system IS NOT WORKING AT ALL with respect to Shaik. Shaik and all the people who let him off the hook should be investigated for corruption, fraud, etc – and a whole long list of people need to be hauled before the courts!!!
I cannot believe what we are seeing here with respect to Shaik. His whole jail sentence needs to be revisited because he’s hardly spent a day in prison and they should chuck him BACK IN PRISON – not in a hospital where he fakes being in jail. He should be CHUCKED BACK INTO PRISON to properly serve out his sentence. And all these people who helped this arrogant little rat to get out, should themselves have their backsides kicked by the legal system.
This type of thing does not even happen in Mugabe’s Zimbabwe. I cannot believe that EVERYONE IN SOUTH AFRICA knows that Shaik is not ill and EVERYONE is standing around and joking about him. But this is no joking matter. It proves so absolutely clearly that our justice system is TOTALLY SELECTIVE AND DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Doesn’t this bother anyone at all?
