There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

NATIONAL Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has said that more lives were saved from the recent bomb blast in Jos while relief materials and drugs were adequately provided to victims through efficient collaborative efforts of response agencies.

The Director-General of NEMA Muhammad Sani-Sidi who disclosed this yesterday at a stakeholders’ meeting with response agencies in Jos during a preliminary assessment on the bomb blast in the cold city, said considering the crowded places where the bombs were exploded, the timely interventions of response agencies and volunteers, reduced casualties.

Sani-Sidi said that while the agency was not a full-fledged security outfit, it complemented the activities of response agencies with humanitarian and logistic supports to alleviate the suffering of victims of natural and man-induced disasters which it did in the Jos when it mobilised all its staff in the zone to report immediately for duty on Christmas holiday.

The director-general who was delighted with the collaborative efforts of response agencies in tackling recent disasters in the country, noted that the timely intervention and perfect coordination of stakeholders had saved many lives of innocent citizens while there were at present no displaced victims.

The NEMA boss who regretted that the country did not have a national contingency plan for proper coordination of emergency management in the country, said the agency would soon convene a stakeholders meeting to develop the right strategy for disaster management.

While reiterating the need for government at state level to adequastely fund their respective State Emergency Management Agencies (SEMAs), he said NEMA would soon provide 23 ambulances to be distributed across the states to attend to the need of disaster victims.

Some of the agencies at the meeting include Federal Road Safety Commission, International Red Cross, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, medical personnel and other security agencies.

The NEMA team also paid a visit to the Governor of Plateau State, Dr. Jonah Jang and some hospitals where some of the victims were receiving treatments from the bomb blast, including Jos University Teaching Hospital.
