[They say… due to our heavy rains… that somehow… sewage in large quantites flowed into the Vaal River causing the worst natural disaster there in 30 years. Many fish have been killed including rare species.
Is the problem only due to the rains or is it like the crocodile river story related to incompetance by the local officials?? Jan]
