WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Lalla Vijay – the man arrested of allegedly faking a hijacking to finance his gambling spree – has fired his lawyer.

However, his new attorney AJ Nel was not present at the Kempton Park Magistrate’s court on Tuesday when Vijay made his second appearance.

In his last court appearance – alongside co-accused, Lucky Masileka, 21, and Iwuagwa Okechukwu, 27 – the 48-year-old Vijay from Springs, Ekurhuleni, was represented by Donald Maborala.

Shortly before the trio could make a brief appearance on Tuesday, it turned out that Vijay had fired Maborala, who had previously negotiated for the withdrawal of his (Vijay’s) warrant of arrest when he failed to turn up in court.

Masileka, from Thokoza in Ekurhuleni, was nowhere to be found when her name was called out on the court roll.

Magistrate Prince Manyathi immediately issued a warrant of arrest for Masileka before postponing the case to August 15.

The three are out on bail of R1 000 each.

According to Springs police spokesperson Captain Jethro Mtshali, Vijay is alleged to have phoned his wife on a weekend two weeks ago saying he had been hijacked.

He claimed that his hijackers demanded R5 000 to secure his release. His wife, however, called the police and the vehicle’s tracking company and Vijay’s car was traced to Emperors Palace, where he was gambling.
