So why did whites make so much money and grow so much food during white rule in Africa? Why was Africa overflowing with food?

Well, perhaps it was that unlike the Blacks who were reading Karl Marx’s political claptrap and economic hogwash, the whites were reading books like these advertised below.

I spotted this advert in the South African Magazine, Family Radio & TV.

It was an advert for books. The farming says it all: “Make Farming Profitable”. Whites actually ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE and skills and that’s what made them such kick-ass successful farmers.

In the 1970’s in Rhodesia at Mazoe they broke a world record for the number of bags of maize (corn) harvested per acre. I think they set the record at 110 bags per acre back then. Let me digress for a moment and discuss what I knew about black and white farming. In Rhodesia at the time, the average white farmer was producing about 30 bags per acre. Now the blacks, who don’t fertilize the soil harvest about 5 bags per acre – that’s what you get when you farm like an idiot.

I like this title, “Plough your way to Profit!” (Hey, when I was a teenager, I did all my dad’s ploughing, and I loved it). “Success with Roses”, “A bright future for Soybeans”, “Boost your Beef Profits”, “Star Grass is a Winner”.
