I doubt any lawyers would try a class action. The Govt would in a worst case just change the law. I doubt a class action could succeed. I’m not a person who has much faith in the law anyway.

I’ve seen the law fail more often than I’ve seen it succeed so I’m not a believer in the law and in legal processes. I think ultimately the only thing that will work is military action – no matter how desperate, no matter how few, no matter how small. In Africa “legal stuff does not work” – but military hardware CAN.

Keep in mind its 1 million who left between 1995 and 2005. In reality… whites were leaving before then. I THINK (correct me if I’m wrong), at its height, this country had 5.5 million whites. Given that some LIBERALS were imported… I’d say, that a MINIMUM of 1.5 million whites have left this country in the last 25 years. Minimum.

I was watching the post office where I go to. Bit by bit, they worked all the whites out of it. You see it everywhere – whites becoming fewer – but you also see more inefficiency. This is offset to some degree by technology – but whites tend to dominate in the technology sectors. Jan]

Where have all the white people gone? More specifically, what™s happened to all the white people who used to work in South Africa™s economy? Are we experiencing the effects of the million whites that have already left South Africa, or are all those people unemployed?

Walking into any business or government building these days, one can only deal with non-white™s at every level. This situation is quite apparent and very noticeable all over the place. If this is not enough, whilst waiting to be served, just look around at the posters advertising the business or government department in question “ happy smiling non-white faces all over the place. Look left or right for the brochures offering all sorts of Black Economic Empowerment offers by way of highly subsidised share offers to non-whites. Try and phone any company™s call centre and one has to deal with a non-white who is usually incompetent.

The whole issue of BEE, AA and all of the other nonsense whites are now faced with cannot but help to make the whites of South Africa feel marginalised if not entirely excluded. This exclusion however is only limited to our ability to participate in the economy of this country; we are fully expected to continue paying for it by way of taxes at all levels for which we are getting bugger-all anyway.

Surely there must be some high-powered lawyers who visit African Crisis who feel compelled to initiate a œClass Action in the Constitutional Court on behalf of the whites of this country to get a ruling to prove that BEE, AA and all of this nonsense is illegal? Our constitution categorically states it is illegal to discriminate against anyone regardless of race, gender, religion or any other reason!
