TAU SA HELPS WITH YOUR MINERAL CLAIMS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE

TAU SA has instructed a legal company to help with claims against the State after mineral rights were unilaterally expropriated. The intention was to institute a trail case, from which all owners of mineral rights would have benefited, before the final date of 30 April 2007, but this arrangement could not be finalized. Several individuals who have already submitted information and initial payments to TAU SA, will receive correspondence in the near future as to available options.

Any person who would like to participate in the new scheme, is requested to contact Mr Tinus Taute at TAU SA’s Head Office urgently. The required information needs to be submitted before 28 February 2007. Prerequisites determining TAU SA’s involvement, are available at the Head Office. Any person, including non-TAU SA members, may participate. A fee of R2,000-00 subject to conditions and other provisions, is payable.
