I got the following image from a regular reader who also works for the SABC. I looked at it and thought to myself that it does in many ways illustrate the hypocrisy of the SABC. The SABC is always trying to present the positive side of S.Africa. It does not suggest that crime is out of control, etc. Yet, look at this notice to their own staff members for counselling services. Look at the list which starts with “Hijacking”, etc. Doesn’t the list really describe the South Africa we know more accurately? Yet, this is not the same South Africa the SABC portrays to the public and the world at large. Jan.
