AfricanCrisis mentioned in The Saturday Star Newspaper?

[It appears that AfricanCrisis was mentioned in The Saturday Star. My problem is, I’m not sure where or in what context. I had been contacted some days earlier by the journalist who wrote the article about the “Farmer Armies in the Killing Fields”. But in that article I did not see mention of AfricanCrisis. So I’m not sure if there was mention of it somewhere else? Believe it or not, but I actually bought a copy of the Saturday Star because I liked that article and still put that photo from it on the site. I am curious to see what was said about AfricanCrisis. I think it is with regard to crime and what crime is doing to people. By the way, this morning I see news headlines all over the show about a gunfight at Cresta Mall on the weekend where a black criminal was shot dead. Cresta is close to where I live. I often have watched those COIN security vans unloading money there. But you see the guards standing there with their semi-automatic rifles wearing their bullet-proof vests. I’ve often wondered about this… whether they won’t be hit one day. The criminals were clever, they waited until the security guards were inside and more off-guard… and they tried to attack them by the escalators. Apparently bullets were flying… Jan] |
