Hi Jan Petition to the South African Government to immediately scrap BEE and Affirmative Action: As South Africa’s constitution forbids any discrimination of any kind regardless of race, gender, language, religion or any other reason, the South African Government is called upon to immediately cease its openly racist BEE and Affirmative Action programmes as they discriminate against a significant part of this country’s population.
