This man, Ragwhiti Xausi (40), a father of 6 was on his way to work in Johannesburg when he and a co-worker were accosted by 2 thugs who demanded cash from him. He gave them his wallet which only contained R10 in coins (which is less that US$2). They were angry with him for giving them so little, but it was all he had. He pleaded with them not to kill him but they shot him anyway. The thieves then stole his co-worker’s cellp phone and other possessions. The Police have not made any arrests. This is a completely lawless country. It makes the Wild West look like a walk in the park. Jan
