[5 Photos] S.Africa: Generators Fail & Babies die in Hospital

The official opposition in parliament are furious with the Minister of Health and they say she is criminally responsible for the deaths of 4 babies. A generator at the hospital failed and babies in incubators died. It is the 2nd time it has happened, and the hospital does not have a backup generator. They say the Minister of Health should be held responsible.

That will be a cold day in hell indeed, because in our Govt, nobody is responsible for anything, ever.
