S.Africa: I spotted a White man & Woman living in a parkade

[Today I went to post a letter and when I was driving out of the parkade in a small shopping centre I spotted a white man and women in the corner, with a few possessions. They are somewhere in their late 40’s I think. I saw them with some bags and a plastic container. I stopped and reversed to take a better look. Then I recognised the woman. I have seen her for months on end, begging daily at the traffic lights. I’ve never seen the man before. But when I saw them together I got the impression that they might be a married couple. Her skin is dark brown from standing in the sun all day long. I’ll try to get photos of this couple to post here. Jan] |
