Dear Jan,
The ‘Boeremag’ organisation does not exist at all except in the imagination of the ANC-regime’s so-called “agents” who, like the old apartheid-era agents of old, also sat around in bars and whorehouses to try and pick up unguarded anti-government bar talk and with this “information” actually created cushy jobs for themselves, and which efforts finally resulted in this utterly ridiculous so-called “treason trial” against innocent Boers. Nobody actually ‘belongs” to the Boeremag because the organisation has never existed at all.

Please note that FOURTEEN of these so-called ‘accused Boeremag members” have already been in jail for the last three years-plus — and although under law considered innocent, already are being treated like convicted, violent criminals.

That’s “justice” South African style — and it’s all part of the ongoing anti-Afrikaner-Boer hatespeech-campaign being waged by the Mbeki-regime, which is thus creating a ‘positive atmosphere to allow genocide’. These Boers’ families are constantly being harassed too, in the hope that the imprisoned men will “confess” to crimes they never admitted in exchange for promises to leave their families alone. I have actually submitted original sworn statements to this effect from the families and the accused men to Amnesty International in Amsterdam two years ago — and I am totally dismayed at the fact that fourteen of these innocent Boer men still remain in jail, treated like common criminals, even today.

Dr Pretorius finally managed to obtain bail in exchange for an extortionate bail payment of R500,000, an incredibly huge amount of money, but which now allows Pretorius to work in the community and earn a living for his family. Fourteen other Boer men aren’t that lucky and their families are suffering great hardship because of it. Pretorius is among those men who are being accused of alleged ‘membership’ of the non-existent “Boeremag”n- an organisation which has by the way, NEVER been outlawed because it simply never existed. Only in South Africa can someone be charged with “illegal membership” of an organisation which was never outlawed in the first place…

Please note that the arrested Boers’ family members often also are assaulted, harassed and intimidated frequently with all kinds of trumped-up accusations by various ANC-authorities — all part of the ongoing effort to get some of these poor Boer souls to “confess” to ” crimes ” which they have indeed never committed.

After three years of this so-called “treason trial” in front of Judge Eben Jordaan, there has been no convincing evidence at all that the “Boeremag” ever existed. Two sad sacks with criminal records, and who admitted that they had received money in exchange for “infiltrating” this so-called non-existent organisation, did testify – but I have read the transcripts and found that their testimony was so poor and unconvincing and contradictory, that had this been a jury trial, the case would already have been thrown out of court altogether. The only ‘criminals’ in this so-called ‘treason trial” are these so-called “agents” of the ANC-regime who even admitted to planting bombs just to “prove” their case. They are the ones who should be arrested for inciting violence.

I received this particular email from Dr Pretorius too – and am growing increasingly angry and dismayed by these grotesque human rights violations by the ANC-regime. Because of all this harassment, decent people are becoming far too frightened to come to the defence of these innocent Afrikaner families – because they know they will then also be arrested and become targets for government-terrorism.

This is how a ‘positive atmosphere for genocide’ was also insiduously spread inside Nazi-Germany – ordinary Germans became far too frightened to come to the aid of their friends and neighbours, who were being terrorised just because of their ethnic identity.

This ‘positive atmosphere to allow genocide’ is now also being created in South Africa and includes the “anti-Afrikaans-language campaign being waged. Its current effectiveness can be measured by the fact that so very few people now are still daring to stand up publicly in the defence of the Boers of South Africa, whose only sin is the colour of their skin and the language they speak.
