[A friend who works at the SABC sent me this note about EE (Employment Equity – i.e. racial quotas) and his general feelings. Jan] Hi Jan, HERE IS ANOTHER ADVERTISEMENT TO THAT EFFECT – IT IS NOTICABLE HOW ALL MANAGEMENT POSITIONS ARE FIRST TO BE FILLED. YOU KNOW IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE WHITES IN THE SABC DOING THEIR JOBS AND MORE THAN THEIR JOBS, THE PLACE WOULD HAVE COME DOWN LIKE A HOUSE OF CARDS A LONG TIME AGO. DON’T BE FOOLED THE SABC IS ON AIR PURELY BECAUSE OF THE EFFORTS OF WHITES (DOING ALL THE WORK)!!!! They will not rest until the whole of the SABC is black!!!! Heavens knows what they are going to broadcast in the near future – colour bars and tone!!!! God Bless. |
