Jan] A 32-year-old man was arrested for allegedly having sex with a racehorse and then killing it at a stable near De Deur outside Vereeniging shortly after midnight on Saturday morning, Vaal Rand police said on Sunday. Melanie Britz said the man, who worked at the Godspeed stables, allegedly had sex with the horse and then stuck a broom handle inside her. The horse suffered severe injuries to her internal organs and died. The racehorse belonged to XTA Leischer and was valued at about R50 000.
