[The Russian troublemakers at it again… chances are they are lying. Jan] Teheran. Russian Minister of Nuclear Energy Alexander Runyancev said that Russia did not sent own military troops to guard the Nuclear Power Plant in the Iranian town of Busher, RIA Novosti reported. A statement of the Russian Minister reads that the Nuclear power Plant in Busher is guarded by Iranian Military, and only the Service for Nuclear Safety in the Town is guarded by Russian citizen.
