[The Jews in Israel are now going through the same sort of emotions Whites in Africa went through when the process of surrender started here too. But the Jews are exhibiting a definite rebelliousness, on a scale which we never had here. The Jews have survived millenia of persecution and have in all that time, not been assimilated into other cultures. Even the Soviets could not get Jews to reliquish their culture. The determination of Right-Wing Jews to stay true to their holy scriptures borders on the fanatical. I find this to be a very hopeful sign… I hope they manage to overthrow the Sharon Government which is determined to surrender… This year in Israel promises to be a most fascinating one. Thousands jammed the Jerusalem Convention Center to chant Psalms and hear rabbis call for protests against the plan. Rabbis called on everyone to stand at street intersections throughout the country to hand out material explaining why people should oppose disengagement. They also said that no actions should violate the law. |
