Standerton – A 27-year-old Mpumalanga man is to appear in the Standerton magistrate’s court on Thursday charged with raping his five-year-old daughter. Police spokesperson Captain Liphapang Khaobane said the suspect was arrested after the girl told the teachers at her creche what her father did to her every night. “The girl lives with her paternal grandmother and father. When she told her teachers what her father does, they reported the matter to the grandmother and the police,” said Khaobane.
