There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

AIDS Cure Traditional Healer"s (Witch Doctor) Assets Seized

[Note. Many unscrupulous Traditional Healers claim to have a cure for AIDS. These are the same people who also claim that sex with babies and virgins will cure you of AIDS. Some, like this one, make a lot of money out of their bogus business. Jan]

Johannesburg – Asset forfeiture unit members on Thursday seized property worth millions of rands belonging to a 38-year-old man who claimed to be a traditional healer and is facing fraud charges.

This included his five houses around the country, furniture and a number of vehicles, a spokesperson for national prosecuting authority, Makhosini Nkosi, said.

The unit attached houses in Fourways, Douglasdale and East London, and two houses in Durban.

The unit is currently tracing other properties belonging to the accused, Nkosi said.

The healer faces charges of fraud and contravention of provisions of the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act. He was allegedly also unlawfully in possession of a large number of schedule medicines and was unlawfully compounding substances without the substances being a registered medicine or having undergone clinical trials.

The healer was arrested earlier this year following an investigation by the health department, after complaints from his patients.

Nkosi said the patients complained that the healer claimed to have a powerful and unique medicine called “Umbimbi” that would cure Aids and other terminal diseases.

The healer claimed to have treated prominent people, including the late African National Congress MP Peter Mokaba.

During a raid on the healer’s house in Fourways on July 11, the unit found documents saying “Umbimbi” was first formulated by his father for treatment of chickens and cattle.

House sold

There were also files belonging to over 600 patients, medical prescription pads and cash receipts for radiation treatment.

Over 100 boxes of scheduled medicines were seized at his Douglasdale home.

On Thursday, when unit members arrived at the house in Douglasdale to attach it, the unit was surprised to learn that the healer had “sold” the house. The new owner had not moved in.

There were only contractors renovating the house.

The curator informed the new owner over the telephone that they had obtained a restraining order and had to attach the house.

Nkosi said the house had been sold but it had not been reregistered yet.

He said the healer had also not received cash for the house.

“We will evaluate the house and check if it was sold for the right amount. We will also make sure he does not receive the money,” he said.

The assets would be placed under curatorship pending the outcome of the case.

The healer’s case was postponed to January 13 next year for further investigation and for centralisation of the prosecution in the Witwatersrand Local Division since dockets had been opened against him in other areas such as East London.
