There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

ONE should not let their educational background, gender, race or disability limit their vision or growth, believes Dionne Chinyanga.
Dionne is a partner and business strategy director of surveying equipment supplier Top Survey (Pvt) Ltd.
She believes that one should be strong and fight all obstacles in order to achieve greater things.
“Anything is possible with God and one should never despise humble beginnings,” said the soft-spoken Dionne.
The daughter of Harare businessman Mr Never Banda, she was born on October 28 “some many years ago” in Seke in a family of four.
Dionne grew up in Bluff Hill and attended Hallingbury Primary School.
She did her secondary education at various schools including All Souls Secondary School, Roosevelt Girls High and Lord Malvern High School.
She later attained a Cost Accounting Management and Financial Management Bachelor of Science Honours degree with the Zimbabwe Open University.
Dionne has been with Top Survey since 1999 and became partner and director in 2004.
A financial accountant by profession, Dionne explained how she got into survey.
“A land surveyor, Peter Perry, originally formed the company in 1992 to distribute survey products in Zimbabwe and to do land survey. He disinvested and the company was sold to two land surveyors who have been running the company since 1999 and that is when I became an employee.
“To separate land survey work and survey equipment sales and services, Top Survey was relaunched in 2004 as a private company for the sole business of land survey equipment sales and that is how I became director and partner in the company,” she said.
Top Survey also looks after the warranty, service and repairs of all products bought through the company.
“Our mission at Top Survey is to be the leading distributor of the latest electronic, optical and diode technology available by continuing to distribute the world’s most precise, productive and durable instrumentation and accessories for many industries, such as: surveying, construction and mining in the country,” she said.
The company also distributes South African products Topcon survey equipment and accessories, Troxler nuclear gauges and Thales Navigation GPS equipment.
Dionne indicated that Top Survey brings to its Zimbabwe clients, Topcon range of positioning systems known worldwide for its “innovation and top-notch optical instrumentation”.
“We offer a full line of optical instruments designed using exclusive optomechatronic technologies from the most advanced robotic total station to the most rugged waterproof and affordable levels,” she said.
Under the directorship of Dionne, the company has managed to secure sole agency of Troxler density gauges in Zimbabwe in addition to existing sole agency of Topcon survey instruments.
Dionne is driven by the desire to offer solutions to problems hence her increased focus in setting up a local service centre and current investment in the country’s first ever electronic instrument collimator and technical support centre development.
Dionne is a trained counsellor with Harare Christian Counselling Centre and is currently studying for a degree in counselling with ZOU.
“Counselling is my passion and I love talking to people and offering solutions to their problems,” she said.
She enjoys spending time with her children and teaches Sunday school lessons at Holy Trinity Church.
The Top Survey director said her company was planning to open a local assembling centre called OAK Instruments by 2015.
“Through OAK Instruments, which is an acronym for my children’s names – Omar, Ashanti and Keisha – we hope to start assembling of instrumentation locally,” she said.
She is married to Bazel, who is also a partner in the business.
Dionne is also director and owner of TS Technologies and The Survey Shop that distributes survey equipment and accessories.
“We have established partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers of various survey- related instrumentation and accessories, which have ensured that we continue to bring the best in survey technology at the most affordable pricing,” she said.
Dionne is an active parent at Eaglesvale School, where she sits on the School Development Committee. Previously, she has worked as administration manager for Southern Africa Trucking and as general manager for Fascia Investments.
“As there is continuous efforts undergoing to ensure the improvement of the Zimbabwean economy, it is my hope that this improvement and also on the political front, will improve the country’s credit rating which currently has made it difficult for us to secure significant lines of credit from our suppliers.
“Once the credit rating of our country improves we have our foreign partners’ assurance that credit will be extended to us which we will also transfer to our clients allowing for ease of purchase of our high-end instrumentation on 30-90 day accounts,” she said.
Dionne added that business has grown to ensure all Top Survey clients’ technical requirements are fully met as they have opened The Survey Shop, Technical Service Centre and Technical Support.
“We do not stop at delivery, we continue to provide after-sales support to our clients that is second to none in Zimbabwe.
“To facilitate for networking and sharing of information pertaining to our Topcon range of instruments I founded the Topcon User Group in Zimbabwe,” she said.
TUG is a user support group for various users from the mining industry, land surveyors, construction companies, Government departments, etc.
“My major aim as a leader at Top Survey is to enhance staff skills through training. For instance, we will be sending three guys from our technical team for training in software solutions such as Modelmaker to South Africa in August and to Topcon for intense training in instrument servicing,” she said.
Dionne draws inspiration from her personal achievement and growth.
“To me being in the survey line for 12 years given the economic hardships is an achievement.
“I am also inspired by women who have overcome their fears which came about as a result of poor family backgrounds and have become icons and leaders in various areas, and I can think of a few like Oprah Winfrey and JK Rowling,” she said.
Her advice to women who aspire to be in the survey industry: “I encourage the ladies who have graduated in survey not to give up along the way, continue with attachment, go to the field complete your articles and you may be the next registered female land surveyor.
“As an incentive, on behalf of Top Survey (Private) Limited I will issue a Total Station set suitable for cadastral survey to the second female to be registered with the Council of Land Surveyors.”
She added that as a woman and as a financial accountant by profession she has faced a lot of challenges in the survey field.
“Many people underestimated my knowledge of survey products since it is not my line of expertise.
“However, I received support from other surveyors who gave me notes and helped with information related to surveying,” she said.
