There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

MDC-T is known for making demands ahead of Sadc summits.

Zanu-PF spokesperson Cde Rugare Gumbo last night said the MDC-T’s position was not surprising because they were under pressure from their handlers opposed to elections this year.

This was after MDC-T’s standing committee met on Wednesday and expressed displeasure with the draft roadmap crafted jointly by party negotiators, claiming that it failed to capture fundamental issues leading to free and fair elections.

Said Cde Gumbo: “We are not surprised by the stance taken by the MDC-T because we know that recently they were in South Africa where they met their handlers.

“They were given instructions to obstruct the holding of elections this year. We should actually expect more violent activities from the MDC-T in the near future and our security forces should be on high alert to thwart such advances,” he said.

Cde Gumbo said the issue of security chiefs alone could not stop elections and the MDC-T was raising it at a wrong platform.

Addressing journalists after the standing committee meeting, MDC-T spokesperson Mr Douglas Mwonzora, said: “Because of the pronouncements that have previously been made by the so-called securocrats the heads of security forces must issue a statement in which they unequivocally uphold the constitution of the country and unconditional respect for the winner of the coming election.”

Cde Gumbo said it was puzzling that the MDC-T was concentrating on less pertinent issues ignoring the illegal sanctions imposed on the country by Western countries. He said the illegal sanctions should be lifted forthwith because they had inflicted untold suffering on ordinary Zimbabweans.

The MDC-T further claimed that there was deadlock over the issue of security sector reform and if the situation continued unabated, the facilitator should be called in.

This comes ahead of a Sadc Summit in Angola next month to discuss a number of pertinent issues affecting the region.

“We notice with displeasure that the election roadmap does not seek to address the fundamental issues outlined above as it leaves them as grey areas. Therefore, the agreement on the roadmap is incomplete as it does not include these very important issues. It is therefore misleading for some people to say that the roadmap has been concluded. While we appreciate the very good efforts made by our negotiators, we believe that more has to be done in order to complete the roadmap,” said Mr Mwonzora.

However, President Mugabe last week said the MDC-T was raising issues of security sector reform at wrong forums.

Addressing the 85th ordinary session of the Zanu-PF Central Committee, President Mugabe said security issues should be discussed in appropriate forums.

Turning to the issue of the constitution-making process, Mr Mwonzora who is also the Copac co-chairperson, said parties had agreed on the formula to be used to compile district and provincial reports. He said the process was progressing and the compilation process was scheduled to take 15 days after which a draft constitution will be crafted in 25 days.
