Internet Radio fun – Listening to Radio Pretoria and awesome Dutch radio… 20,000 radio stations to choose from…

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

I will have to see how my ADSL bandwidth holds out. But this little USB gadget that allows me to choose from 20,000 radio stations worldwide… is very cool. I will check my Telkom ADSL bandwidth tomorrow as I may need to stop.

I have a massive backup I need to make of some statistics I forgot I had on AfricanCrisis going back 4 years!! So I’m running it day and night.

I was listening to Radio Pretoria this evening but they had a music program on, nice classy stuff… But I will try to listen in to Radio Pretoria during the day. I want to catch their news broadcasts.

My friend who got me the USB gadget, told me to listen to a Dutch radio station. And I was blown away by “Starlight” radio. Lovely music. It wins hands down as the best station I’ve listened to all day. I actually am pretty impressed with the Dutch. I am going to listen to Dutch radio stations… With my knowledge of Afrikaans, I want to see what I can pick up from them when they speak Dutch.

The Dutch aren’t bad at all. I believe Flemish is almost exactly the same as Afrikaans, so I want to listen to some Belgian stations too…

I am sure this gadget uses less bandwidth than normal. I think the hardware includes some type of bandwidth and audio compression. On our slow “high speed” lines in SA, there’s always buffering. But with this gadget the radio plays non-stop as if I’m listening to proper radio.
