There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad, Saturday exonerated the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) for being behind Friday’s bombing of Mammy Market at Mogadishu Barracks, Asokoro.

The minister stated this when journalists accosted him at Asokoro General Hospital Saturday, when the House of Representatives Speaker, Demeji Bankole and himself visited victims of the bomb blast at 12.20 pm.

Senator Muhammad described the incident as politically motivated and called on Nigerians to monitor their environments effectively in order to be security conscious.

He commended the emergency responses after the disaster and thanked those who worked tirelessly to save lives.

Also supporting the minister’s view, Minister of Defence, Kayode Adetokunbo, said the bomb might have been detonated to create insecurity because of the coming election.

He said government will employ the services of foreign experts and deploy security forces either overt or covert, adding that government is aware that the perpetuators live among Nigerians and will be fished out.

The minister disclosed that all the 26 injured victims were being treated by government facilities, and put the death figure at four, adding that 95 per cent of civilians were affected in the blast.

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Demiji Bankole, said he will wait for the outcome of the investigations before commenting on the blast.

Also commenting on the incident, Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Mr. Joseph Shazin, called on security agencies to carry out full investigation and punish those behind the bomb blast.

Shazin, who stated this in his New Year message to residents of the council, lamented that the New Year which is supposed to be a day of happiness was turned to a day of sadness.

He advised residents of the council to be cautious and vigilant and report any suspicious movement of persons to their village heads, traditional rulers or appropriate security agents for action.

Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council, Alhaji Zakari Angulu Dobi, also expressed displeasure over the incident, saying it occurred at a time when people were reflecting on their past lives.

The chairman, who spoke through the council’s Secretary, Alhaji Usman Yahaya, blamed the blast on security laxity, adding that government has failed to dig into the root causes of several bomb blasts in some states and Abuja, which he said has given the country a bad name in the international communities.

The council boss called on the Federal Government to channel more funds towards security in order to save lives and property, rather than paying lip service.
