WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Jos – The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on Friday held a funeral service for sixteen members of the association that later died in the hospital following the injuries they sustained from the Christmas Eve multiple bomb explosions that rocked Jos, Plateau State.

The victims that were given mass burial at Dong village close to the Jos Wild Life Park are different from those that died instantly in the explosion.

Speaking at the funeral service of the victims at St. Monica’s Catholic Church Rantya Low-cost, the chairman of the state chapter of the association, Rev. Philip Mwelbish Dafes, lamented the persistent attacks on Christians in the state. He said: “It is very disheartening that the state has suffered several attacks” stressing that there was hardly any month that passed without the news of one form of attack or the other.

Dafes said was now clear that the state was under a siege “and there seems to be no serious attempt to properly handle the situation”, pointing out that it was easier for the authority to allow the harmless and helpless citizens to go than to open up on perpetrators.

He lamented that in some State in the north, Christians were compelled to stop their services and often time, sacrificed their properties but the slogan of government and security agencies after condemning such atrocities will only promise that the perpetrators would be fished out and brought to book.

Dafes asked the Army and other security agents in the state to check inward to know whether they have fake soldiers or soldiers carrying out fake assignments in the name of government, adding that there was hardly any attack in the state without the alleged involvement of fake soldiers. He said sometimes they were arrested and no news is heard about them afterward, while the victims were left as usual to suffer the loss.

He appealed to the federal government to provide proper relief materials and compensation packages for the victims of the blast and other attacks particularly in Jos and Maiduguri, stressing that if the attack in Jos is said to be politically motivated, then what motivated the attacks on Christians in Maiduguri on the same day.

Also, the governor, Jonah Jang who was represented by the speaker of plateau state house of assembly Hon Istifanus Mwansat noted that Jos crisis has taken a new dimension and a challenge to security operatives in the country. While calling on the people to be conscious of their environment, Mwansat said the state government will do everything possible to support the task force with a view to bringing the perpetrators of this heinous act to face the full wrath of the law.

In his remark at the funeral, the commander of the Special Task Force (STF), Brig. General Hassan Umoru, regretted the ugly development pointing out that the attack was not only on the people of the state, but on the Nigeria army and indeed the entire people of the country.

According to him, criminals are continuing looking for new ways to attack the people, adding that STF and other security agency in the state are working tirelessly to unravel the perpetrators of the crimes and will do everything possible to prevent future occurrence in the state.

Chairman and Secretary of Confederation of Plateau State Youth Movements, Silas Vem and John Haruna, also sympathised with the government and people of the state over the sad and unfortunate incident that led to the death of about 100 persons with over 180 injured.

Also, the national President of Igbo Democratic Forum (IDF), Chief Chidi Ndu, condemned the bomb blast and appealed for calm, urging government to investigate the incident with a view to bringing the perpetrators to justice. He said the development is a threat to national security, especially with the general election now by the corner.
