I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Harare – ONE of the two suspected robbers who took advantage of the absence of prison officers to escape from custody at the Rotten Row Magistrates’ Courts last week has been arrested while trying to cross into Mozambique.
Munyaradzi Furaga (22), an ex-cop at Southerton Police Station, was identified by an alleged victim at Forbes Border Post at the weekend.
Furaga had been remanded in custody together with Emmanuel Masarapadi (29) last week when he appeared before magistrate Mrs Jackie Munyonga for allegedly robbing a Mutare man of US$2 800 and a cellphone a fortnight ago.
He was back at the courts on Monday after allegedly robbing a Zaoga Church in Tafara in April this year.
Furaga is now facing additional charges of escaping from lawful custody and is jointly charged with Forget Dambaza (39) on robbery and kidnapping charges.
Prosecutors Miss Tinashe Kanyemba and Ms Memory Mukapa opposed bail saying the two had the propensity to commit similar crimes.
They submitted that Furaga had taken advantage of the absence of prison officers to escape from lawful custody.
Mrs Munyonga concurred with the State and remanded them in custody to June 21 this year.
Miss Kanyemba alleges that Furaga was arrested for robbery together with Masarapadi and appeared in court on May 26 this year.
He applied for bail and was remanded in custody to May 27 for ruling.
On May 27 he was denied bail and remanded in custody to June 7.
It is alleged that after noticing the prison officials’ absence, Furaga and Masarapadi fled to Mutare where he was arrested as he tried to cross into Mozambique.
On the kidnapping and robbery charges, Miss Mukapa alleges that in the last week of April, Raymond Ruzvidzo — a Zaoga Church employee in Tafara — stole US$7 000 from the church and arranged a robbery to cover up the theft.
He allegedly lied to one Richard Timba, who is on the run, that there was US$18 000 in the church safe.
Furaga, the State alleges, teamed up with Timba and went to the church while in police uniform.
They reportedly told a Ms Doreen Mangarayi they were looking for fake money but she said she did not have the keys to the cash box.
The trio allegedly took the cash box and force-marched Ms Mangarayi into a Mazda 323 getaway car.
The State says they dumped her near GMB along the Mutare Road.
The cash box contained US$780, R1 130 and P94.
On April 23 this year, Musarapadi, Furaga and Timba allegedly robbed Kelvin Mutasa of US$2 800 and a cellphone.
This was after Furaga “arrested” Mutasa for illegal possession diamonds at a roadblock at the Mabvuku turn-off along the Harare-Mutare Road.
They allegedly drove Mutasa to premises in Msasa where they robbed and dumped him.
