I mentioned earlier that Julius Malema would have gone to jail in Israel for the crime of “incitement” because there was a murder that could easily be tied back to his actions.
However, I must clarify some things. In Israel, their laws maybe only make provision for “incitement” as an afterthought. In South Africa, our CONSTITUTION firmly FORBIDS this type of behaviour. What Julius Malema has been doing… is firmly in violation of our CONSTITUTION. That’s how serious it is.
Furthermore, after he lost the court case to sing the song, he went to Zimbabwe to sing this song. Julius Malema must be thrown in JAIL FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT. Its that simple. He mustn’t begin with his nonsense excuses.
I really think, the more we look at this Julius Malema character, regardless of whether he is acting on the secret orders of President Jacob Zuma – the fact is – Malema has carried out CRIMES IN THIS COUNTRY. Not to mention he was inciting more crimes and was working hard on promoting a racial civil war.
Julius Malema MUST GO TO JAIL FOR WHAT HE DID.
The ANC is totally shattering the rule of law in this country. The ANC is now a law unto itself and it ignores the constitution at will, the courts at will, etc.
People really must agitate that Julius Malema must be hauled into court on various charges, including:
(a) Contempt of court
(b) Violation of the constitution
(c) The role his racist song played in the murder of Eugene Terreblanche
(d) The role his racist song played in pushing up the farm murder rate from one
in 25 days to one in 18 days.
And Julius Malema must be put through the legal processes and THROWN IN JAIL and we should all agitate for and INSIST ON THIS.
President Zuma has apparently now said he’d take action on Malema. The proves to you, as I said a week ago, that YES, PRESIDENT ZUMA CAN TAKE MALEMA TO TASK. Now Zuma promised to do something, but Zuma is a liar and a con artist and a deceiver. So… Zuma must do something material instead of the normal rubbish they talk. We should all push hard that Malema must end up in a court of law and he must be hammered for what he has done, regardless of who told him to do it.
WE MUST NOT REST UNTIL JULIUS MALEMA GOES TO JAIL.
Julius Malema’s actions are of such a severe nature, they could have led to a war in this country and he must be made to pay for this. And the ANC itself must abandon him. They must not get him off the hook. Everyone must see Julius Malema in chains heading off to prison – and nothing short of that is good enough.
