Zim Farmers get ultimatums to leave

There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Note: The story below comes from THE HERALD in Zimbabwe. The Herald is the main government controlled newspaper – the mouthpiece if you will of Robert Mugabe. Note too, the abbreviation “Cde” in front of the names of various people. Cde is the abbreviation for “Comrade” – a communist term.

As I have said time and again, this “Land Invasion” thing is nothing more than GOOD OLD NATIONALISATION COMMUNIST STYLE. That’s all this is. It is a political act inspired by communism. It will bring nothing but horror to the blacks in whose name this crime is being committed.

THE Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association has started

giving ultimatums to leave to some commercial farmers whose farms have been

designated for resettlement by the Government under the Land Reform

Programme.

The Land Acquisition Act clearly spells out the notices of acquisition

and eviction. Acquire Under the Act’s section 5, the Government first serves the farmer with a notice of intention to acquire the land. This gives the Government many powers over the land.

A notice under section 8 is a notice of acquisition. In this case the

farmer can no longer enter the farm, except for the homestead, and has three months notice to pack and leave the farm.

But the ZNLWA National Secretary for Projects, Cde Andrew Ndlovu said

yesterday the decision came because of of commercial farmers who were

refusing to reconcile with the Government.

“We have realised that white commercial farmers are using the farms

left with them to re-organise themselves against the ruling party and

Government for negative publicity on Zimbabwe,” he said.

Cde Ndlovu said as war veterans, they were irked by some incidents of

commercial farmers who destroy their crops citing a Banket farmer, who

destroyed his maize crop to make stockfeed.

He said that this was an indication that these farmers did not want to

reconcile with the Government and the people of Zimbabwe.

Cde Andrew Ndlovu said they issued ultimatum to farmers in Matabeleland

last month and have started doing so in Mashonaland this month.

Notices

He said that these farmers were served with preliminary notices a long

time ago and they should have left the farms by this time.He added that if the farmers vacate quickly this would give enough time to resettled farmers to prepare for the next farming season.
