WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

[Mugabe also recently appointed a female Vice President so that he could win the female vote. I would be most surprised if this woman were allowed to stand for President in 2008. It has been said many times that whoever Mbeki appoints now – might only be temporary and that in 2008 we will see who really will rise to take his place.

This woman is also involved in the Oilgate scandal recently uncovered by the Daily Mail & Guardian newspaper. Jan]

PRESIDENT Thabo Mbeki has appointed Minerals and Energy Affairs Minister Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka as his second-in-command. The announcement was made this afternoon after a scheduled cabinet meeting at Tuynhuys in Cape Town.

Mlambo-Ngcuka replaces axed deputy president Jacob Zuma who was fired from cabinet last week.

Deputy minister of trade and industry Benedicta Lindiwe Hendricks takes over the minerals and energy ministry. The president has also appointed two deputy ministers to the trade and industry ministry, Rob Davies and Elizabeth Thabethe.

Meanwhile, Zuma is expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate”s Court on two corruption charges next Wednesday.

The National Prosecutions Authority announced yesterday that Zuma would not be physically arrested but would be ordered to appear in court.

The charges followed a finding by the Durban High Court of a “generally corrupt” relationship between Zuma and his financial adviser Schabir Shaik, during Shaik”s fraud and corruption trial.

Shaik was sentenced in effect to 15 years in prison.

Zuma was relieved of his position as deputy president by Mbeki in a special sitting of Parliament last Tuesday.

Sapa earlier reported that ANC deputy general secretary Sankie Mthembi-Mahanyele said the party would go to its national general council meeting (NGC) stronger than ever.

Mahanyela was speaking to reporters at the party”s Luthuli House in Johannesburg.

She was responding to questions whether recent events such as the sacking of former deputy president Jacob Zuma and events at the Mpumalanga June 16 celebrations were indications that there was division within the party.

“In Mpumalanga that was a little group from a particular area. That group does not represent the whole province,” Mahanyela said.

She said the ANC had no anxiety that the disruptions that marked the Mpumalanga Youth Day celebrations would also occur in Pretoria where the NGC would be held.

Mahanyela said party members in all formations understood the rationale behind President Thabo Mbeki”s decision to “release” Zuma from his responsibilities.

Asked whether Zuma would attend the council, ANC spokesman Smuts Ngonayama said he had not received any confirmation.

The NGC will take place at the University of Pretoria in Tshwane from June 29 to July 3 with the theme “A People”s Contract to Advance the Vision of the Freedom Charter.”
