I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

There are no beds available at Sterkfontein Hospital for an 18-year-old man convicted of sexually molesting a dead cat, so he must go home with his parents on a warning until one is made available.
This is according to the prosecutor in the case against Elite Ntjana, found guilty of bestiality and cruelty to animals after he admitted he had dragged a cat under a car and raped it after he had failed to control an urge to have intercourse.
He was referred to Sterkfontein for mental observation last month after magistrate David Mhango of Jeppe, Johannesburg, said he could not send Ntjana to jail without determining his mental state.
The state intends to find a bed as soon as possible so that he can undergo observation.
A guard caught him trying to sexually penetrate the dead cat
Mhango said that before he could sentence Ntjana, he needed to determine whether the accused could be held criminally liable for his actions.
Ntjana was arrested on July 20 after a security guard caught him trying to sexually penetrate the dead cat.
Ntjana was described as an introvert who distanced himself from his siblings, probation officer Evelyn Dineka said. She told the court that he has had only one sexual experience, at the beginning of this year.
Ntjana said he owned a cat and a dog at his Pietersburg home but had never abused them.
Mhango told him to appear in court again on December 18.
