There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

A stablehand, accused of the brutal molestation of a racehorse, has threatened to sue his former employer for defamation.

The charge of bestiality against Claasy Moshe was withdrawn due to a technicality in the Vereeniging Magistrate’s Court and he was freed on Thursday after spending 19 days in jail since his arrest on December 16. However, police said he could be charged again.

The racehorse, Royal Dara, which had won several national races during its career, bled profusely and died on the evening of December 15 in the presence of police at the Godspeed Stable at De Deur, south of Johannesburg.

‘How on earth can a person rape a horse?’

At the time, police told The Star: “A broomstick was still projecting from the horse when we arrived. Apparently after raping the horse the man was not satisfied and decided to insert the broomstick inside the horse’s vagina.”

On Thursday, Vaal Rand police spokesperson Melanie Britz confirmed that the charges against Moshe had been withdrawn.

She said the reason for the withdrawal was the failure of the investigating officer to bring the case docket to court, apparently because he confused the court date.

Britz said the court had ordered an immediate review of the case and if grounds were found to prosecute, Moshe would be rearrested on the bestiality charge.

But a furious Moshe told The Star on Thursday: “That (the charge) is intentional damage to my good name. How on earth can a person rape a horse?”

He threatened to sue Tanse Leisher, his former employer, for R750 000 for defamation in connection with his arrest.

Several attempts to contact Leisher for comment on Thursday were unsuccessful.
