WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

The Tshwane Metro Council has obtained an interim interdict against all who planned to illegally occupy RDP houses in Nellmapius.

The Pretoria High Court invited all interested parties to give reasons by February 24, why this order should not be confirmed.

Mapule Phora, strategic executive director at the council, said in a statement before court, the 3 355 houses in Nellmapius were earmarked for low-cost housing and formed part of the RDP programme.

She said a group of disgruntled people intended to illegally move in and were sabotaging the RDP process.

Phora said once these people unlawfully occupied the houses allocated to others in terms of the RDP programme, they would refuse to vacate.

The council had started the allocation process and about 1 764 houses had been allocated to beneficiaries.

They are expected to sign “happy letters” upon taking occupation of the houses.

The contractor will only install water, electricity and sanitation facilities following the occupation of the houses to prevent possible vandalism and theft.

A security firm has also been tasked to prevent any illegal invasion of the houses which were already completed.

Phora stated that in December various individuals attempted to occupy the houses, but they were prevented by the security guards.

They claimed that they had been on the waiting list for RDP houses for many years, but had up to now not been allocated any homes.

The community members accused councillors of making money from the houses by selling them to foreigners and others who had not applied for the houses, or by renting them out.

Phora said these people recently took the law into their own hands and attempted to invade the houses.

The security guards, assisted by metro police, tried to prevent this. The disgruntled mob assaulted the guards.

A copy of the order interdicting people from unlawfully invading the homes will be served on them and they will be invited to oppose the final order, Judge Cynthia Pretorius was told.
