I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

COPE delegates are being challenged to not only be progressive in their thinking, but in their actions too.
IOL asked: “Should COPE members call one another Comrade?”
Of the 558 readers who responded to our poll, 16 percent (89 votes) said ‘Yes’, 43 percent (241 votes) said ‘No’ and 41 percent (228 votes) said ‘Who cares?’.
Here are some of the comments submitted by readers:

No defintely not, especially if they want to create a new positive image internationally and at home. Mr, Dr or Honourable minister will be just fine.

This is one of the useless questions you can ask, people’s in politics they call each other comrades so why COPE will be different. They can call them whatever they want even in Nguni when we say ‘qabane’ it does not matter. We should ask is really there in need to have two ANC’s. We can say whatever we want COPE is still ANC the only difference is that ANC under Zuma will be in power for the next 50 yrs so Lekota and others can not wait for that long.

I think that COPE members should be able to call each other what they like – as long as there are no swear words in the title! However sadly from our past experiences we have seen ogres like Mugabe, Stalin, Mao, Tito etc., calling themselves comrade and then going on to destroy the lives of millions of millions of their people. Not a good advert for the term “comrade”.

I admire and respect Mr lekota’s courage to take on the ANC, however it makes me mad if the ANC or any other politician refer to each other as comrade.( We are not in Russia.) This is something COPE should take note of. Let us build a truly non racial South Africa, where everybody can live in peace both black and white. Viva COPE.

Of course not if they want to attract as many as possible. Even ANC should not use the term that is only used by communists. Unless they really are communists and not ANC in which case they shouild nail their colours to the mast, join SACP and contest elections as outdated communists so we know what they really are and the rest of the world can also. Are they ashamed to be known as communists and is that why ANC was formed? The majority of Mbeki’s cabinet and himself were members of SACP until 1991 and then changed to ANC on the surface.
Marc
No they shouldn’t call each other “comrade”. That sort of communist drivel would be the kiss of death for the new party.

COPE is a new party, and stands for Democracy and to Uphold the Constitution. South Africa is going into its 15th Year of Democracy and the Liberation struggle should be way past its bed time. So let COPE leave the Comrade behind as well, and start addressing each other in a more Democratic and fashonable sense. COPE should start on a new note and leave behind any resemblance of the ANC.

any struggle veteran is a comrade. why should the political party matter? if the ideals and purpose are good call each other brother. viva! democracy viva! this is a dumb topic.

Is the name comrade a patented name, i think not, and as such there shouldnt be any issues, unless someone from another party (you can guess) feels they are losing votes and needs to make some type of issue about the whole thing

I would not waste my vote on COPE even if they were the only political party in SA. For me, it’s party that respresents anger and vengeance. Their only enemy is the ANC, which is why they bench mark against the leadership of the ANC. I believe that dogs never bark at a stationery car, so if the ANC was not the only threat to COPE, they would not be dominating their speeches all the time. By continuously talking about the ANC at all their gathering, Mr Lekota is indirectly assisting ANC to gather more sympathisers. He is doing a good job of canvassing for the father of all parties.
