I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Sarah Sathar completed her testimony in the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Wednesday in the murder trial of her husband’s cousin, Mohamed Azeem Yunus.

Yunus is on trial for the murder of Vinod Ramsarup, 31, and the attempted murder of Sathar and her eight-year-old daughter in a drive-by shooting on the N3 freeway in May last year.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, claiming self-defence.

The car the three were travelling in came under fire while Ramsarup was driving Sathar and her child to the New Prison in Pietermaritzburg, where she was to visit her son, Shuaib, who is currently on trial for the murder of Mohamed’s sister, Safia.

Ramsarup was shot in the head and died at the scene.

Sathar was wounded 10 times while her daughter was grazed by bullets.

The basis of Yunus’s defence is that Sathar had first pointed a firearm at him, causing him to retaliate in an attempt to defend himself.

Under cross-examination on Wednesday, Sathar denied that she had a firearm with her, and also vehemently denied that her husband had removed the firearm from the scene.

“I do have a licensed firearm, but I did not carry it with me that day,” Sathar said.

She said she was completely shocked by the allegation that her husband had removed her firearm from the scene.

“There was no firearm to begin with,” Sathar said, looking straight at Yunus, who was seated in the dock, “and the accused (Yunus) knows it.”

Sathar said she told prosecutors that she was under the impression Yunus may have wanted to kill her to avenge his sister’s death.

After Sathar’s testimony, the state called two police officers to give evidence.

They had attended the scene after the incident and had taken statements from Sathar regarding who had shot her.

The case continues on Thursday.

Meanwhile, it has been established that the murder trial of Sathar’s son, Shuaib, will resume in the Pietermaritzburg High Court on November 10.

Shuaib, 21, is charged with Safia Asmal’s murder. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Asmal, 20, was killed in her home in Estcourt on September 15, 2005.

The young woman was stabbed 10 times, had her throat slit and was bludgeoned to death with a dumbbell.

The state seeks to prove that Shuaib murdered Asmal after an argument.

The two families maintain that their relationship soured after Asmal’s death.
