S.Africa: How to be above the law

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Durban – A R1 250 traffic fine imposed on advocate Shamila Batohi, head of national public prosecutions in KwaZulu-Natal, has been withdrawn without any reasons given, SABC TV news reported on Wednesday.

The public broadcaster said Batohi was allegedly caught driving at 115km/h in an 80km/h zone on a road near Mtubatuba on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast.

She never paid the fine and a warrant for her arrest was issued.

Her trial was scheduled to start on February 4, but the case was dropped after the chief prosecutor allegedly asked a court prosecutor to have the charge withdrawn.

Batohi responded to the SABC via e-mail saying she had made representations and had informed the national office about the matter.

The SABC said the chief prosecutor could not be reached for comment.

One of the responsibilities of the national public prosecutions directorate is to prosecute motorists who violate traffic regulations.

Batohi became prominent during the King Commission hearings when she reduced the late South African cricket captain Hansie Cronje to tears about taking a bribe to influence the outcome of a match.
