70 Suspected Mercenaries in Zim to take SA Govt to Court

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

[Here’s what I think: I think these “mercenaries” are completely innocent. They are former military people who have done security work like this often. They have even flown to Zimbabwe before and even bought weapons for security work before. But, I believe, though they are innocent, the South African and Zimbabwean governments want to send a message to all potential white mercenaries. So, they are taking these innocent men and making a public example of them even though they have never committed any crime.

The South African government is behind this. It was them who told Zimbabwe to arrest these guys. The Zimbabweans then had to invent charges on which to arrest them. Why isn’t Mbeki responding? Because the bugger is probably behind this sick game to begin with.

God only knows when these poor men will get out of this mess. They had better be patient because this could be a long and ugly game. The purpose being to scare whites with military training away from these international security jobs. They fear whites with weapons. That’s what this is really about. Jan]

Johannesburg – A group of 70 suspected mercenaries held in Zimbabwe on charges of plotting a coup in Equatorial Guinea are proceeding with an application to take the South African government to court, a lawyer said on Wednesday.

The men had given President Thabo Mbeki’s office 24 hours to respond to a request to either seek their extradition to South Africa or ensure they were not handed over for trial in Equatorial Guinea.

“We did not hear from the president’s office so we are proceeding with a court application,” lawyer Alwyn Griebenow told Sapa.

“The application will probably be heard next Tuesday in the Pretoria High Court,” he said.

The government was sent an official letter on Monday evening giving it 24 hours to respond to the request or face court action.

The alleged mercenaries were arrested at Harare International Airport two months ago when they landed to refuel and pick up military equipment. They were all travelling on South African passports.

The men are being held in a Harare jail.

Zimbabwean authorities claim they were on their way to join 15 suspected mercenaries arrested in Equatorial Guinea.

The men are accused of planning to overthrow Equatorial Guinea’s leader Teodoro Obiang Nguema.

Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe earlier this month held talks with Obiang after which an official told AFP that Mugabe had agreed to hand over the men for trial and a possible death sentence in Equatorial Guinea.

However, there has not been any official statement from the Zimbabwe government about extradition of the 70 men.

Mbeki’s spokesperson Bheki Khumalo said the papers had been received and a statement in response would be released later on Wednesday.
