‘Breakthrough’ in Zulu car crash

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

A major breakthrough in a private investigation into the fatal car crash involving Prince Sifiso Zulu’s luxury car seven weeks ago, is expected, said Pastor Phumlani Ndlovu of Souls’ Harbour Ministries on Saturday.

Hlengiwe Dlamini, 25, of Mondlo, and Sidumisile Ncube, 24, of Ulundi, were killed when the driver of Zulu’s BMW X5 allegedly drove through a red traffic light at the intersection of Masabalala Yengwa Avenue and Somtseu Road, crashing into a double cab bakkie carrying church members home after a service.

Ndlovu said after the accident that it appeared the driver had been drinking because a bottle of alcohol had been found in the BMW.

After a public furore arose over the identity of the driver, Ndlovu also expressed fear of a cover-up.

Last week he said the victims’ families were battling to find closure as no one had been made accountable for the deaths.

Ndlovu said as far as he understood, the owner was legally deemed the driver and liable as such for any transgression, unless he or she could prove otherwise.

Dissatisfied with the SAPS investigation, Ndlovu’s church hired a private investigator, and this week also sent a letter to Safety and Security Minister Charles Nqakula decrying certain aspects of the police investigation and pleading for Nqakula’s intervention.

Ndlovu on Saturday said the private investigation had yielded results which he described as “very satisfying”. He said an announcement on some of the findings would be made this week.

Police spokesperson, Jay Naicker said: “I am not sure what the private investigator is doing, but we just hope he won’t hamper our investigation.”

Zacharia Ncube, Sidumisile’s uncle, said his niece had been due to complete her civil engineering studies at Mangosuthu University of Technology in June this year.

“She was very well-behaved. We expected a lot from her,” he said.

Ncube, whose daughter, Nomfundo, was hurt in the accident and is still using crutches, said the family was still wondering why police investigations had not yielded an arrest after seven weeks.

The least that the owner of the vehicle could do was communicate with them, he said.

“He hasn’t even conveyed his condolences about our loss.”

Zulu was again not available for comment.
