Three armed men shot and injured two people during a house robbery in Doringpoort, Pretoria police said on Thursday.
Spokesperson Mirna von Benecke said a man was shot as the three men entered the house on Wednesday afternoon. Another man was pistol-whipped and a third was left unharmed.
The robbers escaped with wallets, cellphones and a laptop.
The victim is in a critical but stable condition in hospital. – Sapa
