Mentioned in the 50 page document of the 52nd ANC conference at Polokwane, is the fact that the government will take control of banks. Does this not mean that they will be able to freeze bank accounts and prevent people from taking money out the country?
also mentioned many times is the redistribution on farms, urban wealth, business wealth?? this is the second part of the revolution, introduction of socialist state.
