WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Jaipur, Jan 10 2008: Those associated with tourism in Rajasthan, one of India’s prime tourist destinations, are worried about the spate of crimes targeting single women from abroad and have urged authorities to check the trend.
With a record arrival of more than 1.2 million foreign tourists and 17 million domestic tourists during 2005-06, Rajasthan has been one of the most popular Indian destinations for tourists.
Rajsathan attracts tourists especially from France, Britain, Germany, the US, Italy, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Japan and Bangladesh
In the last two years, the desert state has been rocked by incidences of rape and molestation of foreign tourists.
In 2005, a 47-year-old German tourist was raped by an auto-rickshaw driver and his accomplice in Jodhpur. The two were sentenced to life imprisonment by a fast-track court within a month.

In March 2006, a 26-year-old German student was raped in Alwar by B.H. Mahanty, the son of a senior Orissa police officer, who was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment by a fast-track court.
He, however, jumped parole in December 2006 and has been absconding since.

A Japanese woman was raped and robbed of Rs.54,000 by the son of a hotel manager in the Hindu holy town of Pushkar, on April 2, 2006 along with three other men.
A fast track court sentenced Babloo, the main accused in the rape of a Japanese tourist, to seven years’ rigorous imprisonment.

The latest incident took place Wednesday when an American tourist complained of molestation in Pushkar.
According to the 28-year-old tourist, she was molested by a priest, Satyanarayan of the Papmochni temple, who has been arrested.
She was planning to stay in Pushkar for three months to learn classical Kathak dance but now wants to return at the earliest.

A 40-year-old British journalist has alleged that she was raped by a guesthouse owner in Udaipur on Dec 23.
The court of additional chief judicial magistrate Udaipur has given a day’s judicial remand to the accused Parvat Singh, the owner of the Pardesi Rest House in Ambamata area of Udaipur.
“These kinds of incidents do bring a bad publicity for the state. There has been a trend of people travelling alone, especially women, and now these single travellers would be hesitant to come to the state,” Sanjay Kaushik, a travel agent, said.

He said the government should act fast to check such incidents and spread the message across the world that Rajasthan was a safe place for tourists.
Karan Singh, another travel agent, agreed that these cases send a wrong signal internationally and it may affect tourism in the state.
“It may affect the flow of tourists to an extent,” Singh said.

“Rajasthan has always been considered a very peaceful state, but the recent rape and molestation cases have been affecting its image.
“Tourists will have to be reassured that they are safe here, otherwise we might see a decline in arrivals, especially of foreign individual travellers,” said Ravi Singh, a travel agent dealing in inbound tours.
