SA: The poor wreck habitat

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

The poor wreck habitat

This is a very important law about the economy and the ecology, although it is little acknowledged: the poor do more damage to the environment than the rich. A horrible confirmation can be seen in Zimbabwe.
Robert Mugabe's dictatorship is shrinking the economy and making people poorer (except for his rich cronies). Life expectancy is 20 years lower than when Ian Smith was in power. Employment is over 80%. Inflation is over 7 000%.
Hunger stalks the land. And as the people get poorer, the environment of Zimbabwe is being destroyed.
In 2000, Mugabe began stealing the lands of productive farmers to give to his rich chums, who then ruined them. Since then it is estimated that 60% of Zimbabwe's wild animals have been killed, including those in game reserves and national conservancies.
Desperately poor people slaughter the animals for food. Hungry soldiers kill lions, hippos, giraffe and elephants. Rare species such as rhino, cheetah and African wild dog are hunted to extinction.
On the stolen farms the plight of livestock is pitiful. Unwatered and unfed pigs and cattle are dying in awful suffering. Donkey meat is sold as “beef”. People are beginning to eat their pets.
According to official media in Zimbabwe, more than 400 000 hectares of forest are destroyed each year. Electricity failures make people turn to firewood, and lack of surveillance allows more and more trees to be chopped down.
People wrecking the environment are doing so only because they are poor and hungry. They would not eat elephant and monkeys if they could eat bread and roast beef.
They would not chop down trees if they could turn on a switch and have electricity to warm their houses and cook their meals.
Not even the wealthiest people in the world, not even the fabulously extravagant Al Gore, flying first class around the world and consuming vast amounts of electricity in his mansion, causes as much damage to our planet as these wretchedly poor Zimbabweans.
On midnight last Sunday, it became illegal for any white to own a farm in Zimbabwe. The few remaining are now trespassing and will soon be driven off. Their farms will then be given to affluent political friends of Mugabe, who will wreck them. No doubt Mugabe will be warmly congratulated for this by all the SADC leaders, with South Africa cheering loudest of all.
