Discuss A new website, formed to assist white people in business to (152)˜take action to survive economically™, was recently launched.

The White Economic Forum
http://www.blankeekonomieseforum.org/Englishindex.html, a website for white business owners to meet, is a new entrant in the SA social networking arena. According to the website, the forum is a meeting place where white business owners can gather and through unity create economic pressure and negotiation power for a better future for whites.

œThere is discrimination on a big scale against White South Africans, in legislation, appointments and economic opportunities. Whites will only survive if they stand together and use economic strength to uplift themselves and to negotiate change by way of financial strength, stated the White Economic Forum website.

The idea to start a forum of this nature was in reaction to what founding member, Dr. Willem Pienaar calls, œthe exclusion of white South-Africans from the economic world as reflected in the Employment Equity and the Black Economic Empowerment acts.œ

œEffectively it means that whites will take action to survive economically, independent of any discriminating laws or efforts to exclude them from economic participation,™ said Pienaar.

Pienaar is quick to add that this forum does not in any way encourage aggressive or military behaviour, the group does not subscribe to any particular culture, political grouping or religion. He also added that this group does not plan to break any laws but will work within South Africa™s legislative framework.

The forum charter states that this is a peaceful forum where (152)˜aggressive and degrading behaviour towards fellow South Africans™ is not endorsed.

According to the website the members are: œThe whites in South Africa. This includes all whites irrespective of language or heritage. Like Sotho™s, Zulus, Xhosas etc. grouped together are œblack people. So also are Afrikaans, English, Scottish, Greek, Portuguese, German, Jewish and other (152)˜white people™ grouped together.

According to .org records the website address was registered by (152)˜Lukas du Preez™ from Eldopark in Gauteng. The forum started on the 17th of September 2006 and an invitation was sent out to the public in Die Rapport to join.

Pienaar said that the response to this initiative looks promising and that their membership grows by around 80 people a day.

œCurrently we send mail to approximately 2000 people and our website is visited by approximately 300 people per day. Responses from the public indicate that approximately 30 000 people read the newsletters that are released weekly. Numbers are growing by approximately 80 people per day, said Pienaar.

LETTER 13

Dear Forum members

This is the last letter for the year, therefore I would like to take this opportunity to sum up everything so far and put the future of the Forum into perspective.

HISTORY OF THE FORUM :

About 3 years ago I felt a tremendous pressure on my chest, but I didn™t know what was causing it. While on a fishing expedition I mentioned it to my father. He was surprised, because my Consultation business was doing very well. He also knew that there was something else which I was destined to do. He thought that it would be in the political arena, as his grandfather was the mayor in Amsterdam, for 23 years. I knew that it was not in politics, because that is a game which we cannot win because it is based on numbers.

This pressure became unbearable during 2006. One morning in September I simply took a piece of paper and wrote out an advertisement. I knew that no newspaper would place an article for only Whites. The advertisement appeared in Rapport, at a cost of R10 000.00. I merely asked for educated White Afrikaners to contact me so that we could establish a White Forum, just as there is a œBlack Management Forum. The advertisement appeared in Rapport on the 17th September 2006. This day will in future be known as the day that the White Economic Forum was born.

The reaction caught me unawares. By the afternoon there were 193 e-mails on my computer. The following morning there were 532 e-mails. I immediately sent out an introduction letter while the post continued to stream in. Most of the letters were letters of encouragement, but there were also the œdepressed-children who criticize everything and do not have any faith that honest and just attempts can take place. I say thank you to both, because the reaction forced me to look for answers and to formulate. At this stage things were not entirely clear to me. I initially thought that the forum will benefit whites through encouraging mutual business and establishing a group fund whereby we can help our people and get the young ones to study.

Of course, I never had all the answers, but by grace a lot of truly clever people contacted me and after many meetings/gatherings, I now know the route we must take. I am always pleasantly surprised to see how many genial people there are in our nation and how great the feeling of humanity is.

Naturally there were a lot of systems which had to be established immediately. A bank account had to be opened and control structures had to be put in place, because people are by nature suspicious if they see that one person has access to the nations money. I think these suspicions are fair and just. For the sake of the people who are still unsure, I want to strongly emphasize that I approve the funds for payment and our accountant does the payments.

I cannot approve anything which he is not happy with and he cannot pay anything which I am not happy with. We also have an auditor who will supply statements. I emphasize again that I personally do not take any money out of the Forum account. We also had to immediately get an Internet address, because it has become a full time task to answer all the correspondence. Computer systems had to be upgraded because no normal system could handle all the post. I have also employed full time staff to help. Naturally a lot of time and money went into this. Mercifully I was able to do this in my private capacity and the Forum is growing daily.

After we had our first meeting, it became clear to me that the name would have to change to the White Economic Forum, rather than the White Afrikaner Forum. Although I referred to œAfrikaner as the whites in Africa, the whites who are not Afrikaans speaking felt excluded. That is why the name change took place. Those who started something honestly and forthrightly, are now being helped. That is why Lukas(web design), Fanie(accountant) and Faure(auditor) offered their services free of charge until the Forum can pay them. From my side I appointed Anastasia (administration) and George (correspondence). Between us few, we started this big business. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them whole heartedly. It was literally long hours during the evenings and weekends before the systems started working.

Gradually the road forward became clearer. A lot of people nominated themselves to help with the regional coordinating and information distributing. Thank you very much to the 45 facilitators and 15 information distributors who have to date been working free of charge. Thank you also to Florence Morris who quickly and efficiently translates our letters into English.

The information quickly spread and there is now 2000 people to whom we directly communicate all over the world. There is also 300 people per day who visit our web site and we register approx. 80 people per day. I also know that every letter which is sent out, is again distributed to at least another 10 people. Not everyone is contributing yet, but I am convinced that it will improve in the new year. With the small amount of people who are contributing, we have collected R50 000.00 in 11 weeks. I think it is fantastic that we have received so many contributions, in view of the fact that we have not yet earned credit worthiness in the eyes of the nation. This matter will change very soon in 2007.

In the meantime we have placed advertisements in the Riemlander and the Afrikaner whereby approx 40 000 people are reached. I also want to thank all the people who, at their own cost, make copies of information and distribute it. These actions cannot be carried out by one person. It is one for all and all for one and everyone for everyone. Radio Pretoria also made free airtime available to us. Thank you very much to them.

Let me just inform you again as to why the Forum was established :
(162)¢ Democracy has completely been manipulated by way of millions of jailbirds and illegal immigrants having the right to vote
(162)¢ Whites are being bullied out of the economy by legislation which prohibits them from job opportunities or getting government contracts, while tea ladies and gardeners are appointed in management posts without the vaguest knowledge of how to handle the requirements of the post
(162)¢ The police are so corrupt that even the prostitutes are complaining about the money which is changing hands for not being arrested. Whites are being subjected to unfair trials
(162)¢ There are already 13 million illegal immigrants in the country. That is without the 3 million who through corrupt marriages with black girls, get legal status
(162)¢ The local government departments are inefficient and the water and lights of whites get put off if payment it not made, while the blacks owe billions and it gets written off
(162)¢ Whites are the target of discrimination and arrogant attacks by blacks
(162)¢ Big companies openly discriminate against whites and only offer shares to blacks
(162)¢ Provincial hospitals are in a hideous state and it is believed that blacks get better service than whites
(162)¢ Big spending of money by senior government officials
(162)¢ Expropriation of land is openly being announced
(162)¢ Unjust taxes for farmers, while upcoming subsidized farmers are not subjected to it
(162)¢ Dilapidation of cities and towns
(162)¢ Departure of whites
(162)¢ Declining of first world standards. Whites cannot live under third world standards
(162)¢ Bullying whites out of public places and holiday resorts
(162)¢ Educational standards declining to cater for the under achievers
(162)¢ Bad state of roads. Roads which do not have a toll gates are becoming to bad to ride
(162)¢ Open hostility towards whites by black leaders who make discriminating and insulting remarks
(162)¢ Attacks on whites at graveyards and during peaceful gatherings

I normally, during public speeches, ask the people to stand up who have not been affected by crime or unruly behaviour by blacks. It is shocking, that by none of the gatherings, a single person could stand up.

You are all aware of this situation. The worst is, that the ANC is aware of the fact that 20 million, illiterate, poor, jobless, black people from other African countries will be streaming into SA with the 2010 soccer world cup and that only 2 million will return to their countries. This, while there are only 4,6 million whites.

Please understand me very clearly. I do not say all blacks are bad or are criminals. I am merely saying that our future looks dim if I look at all the indications. I say that it is time that we start looking after ourselves and we have only 3 years to do it.

Let me again confirm :
We do not stand for military actions, political affiliations or specific Religious convictions. Although our members are very religious, the Forum is purely focused on White economic empowerment for the future. It is still true that the Whites have the economic power in the country. We will however have to wake up because we are busy losing it. My opinion is that this is our last chance to save ourselves.

HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO IT?

For the sake of clarity I want to again clearly state the plan :

We have two parts :

PART 1 is the establishment of a profitable company wherein shares can be bought and which will mean prosperity for whites, such as – Volkskas, Sanlam, Santam, Avbob and National Press of old. I will explain this part further on in the letter. This company will be registered as WIT LELIE LIMITED because it is going to be as white as a lily. (We are busy registering this name. Thank you very much to our Attorney Erastus Smit who is doing it for us at a very low tariff).

PART 2 is the establishment of a section 21 company (company without profit seeking). This company will be known as WIT LELIE SOCIAL and focuses on the non-profitable actions which are meant to benefit the whites in South Africa.

Diagrammatic it looks like this:

WIT LELIE LIMITED AS COMPANY WORKS LIKE THIS :

One million shares are approved at R1200.00 per share. The par value is only 0.0001 cent per share. Only Forum members can buy shares. It can be a once off payment or it can be paid off. Minimum payment is R20.00 (twenty) rand per month over 5 years. I also want to congratulate Mr du Preez, who is our first official shareholder. He paid his R1 200.00 without any prejudice. I appreciate such trust.

People must never again tell me that whites cannot stand together. After letter 12 appeared, we received hundreds of applications to buy shares. I had to put them on hold for a while as a dilemma occurred. This dilemma is that I don™t want the company funds to get lost in the general funds and also that the funds must generate interest while we are waiting for the company to be registered. That is why I approached Mr Flippie Becker from Kimberley. He is knowledgeable in the field of risk management. We came to the agreement that an account will be opened in the name of WIT LELIE LIMITED. This is a profit making savings account (Corporate Saver) which will generate more interest as the amount grows. If we just put all the money of the shares jointly into this account, we will earn more interest than any individual who can only save small amounts. The control structure has also been registered in such a manner that neither they or I have individual access to the money and it will be audited as well. Flippie is also going to serve as director of WIT LELIE LIMITED. People can pay directly into the account while waiting for the share certificates to be issued. You can contact him on 082 550 4354. Now for the interesting part:

We are going to market the shares through agents. I want to appoint 90 senior agents. That is 10 per region. The senior agents earn 10% of the share value as commission plus 1% of the junior agents which they appoint. The junior agents earn 9% of that which they have sold.

If we go on the assumption that we sell the first 500 000 shares at R1 200.00, then WIT LELIE LIMITED has R600 million rand to do business with and we pay R6 million rand out on agents commission. Not only are we providing work for white agents, but we also accelerate the speed at which we collect the money.

The most important is that the agents can make sure that the shareholder is white. There are people of colour who have names that sound white and we can thus easily be beaten about the bush if we don™t meet the people personally. This will also ensure that everybody who wants a share is a Forum member. It is a legal requirement for shares which are reserved for a specific group. We will also try and persuade the shareholders to donate R20.00 per month towards the WIT LELIE SOCIAL for the social-welfare activities to benefit whites.

The facilitators will arrange a meeting for all who are interested and I, or one of the directors, will chair the meeting and provide the documentation.

This is just a few examples. The possibilities are endless and the people we have to our avail to do a risk assessment are of top quality.

LETS DISCUSS PART 2 :

Part 2 is for our people who need help, whether it is temporary to get them going again or permanent.

Let me tell you about the fantastic reaction we got when I asked for help for the Genadeplaas. The request was made at 11h00 last Tuesday. At 15h00 our members had already paid into the account R2000.00. This, while these people need money urgently. A lot of people are already on leave and did not see my letter. I am expecting still a lot more deposits. I will communicate the exact amounts to you at the end of January 2007. Of our other members gave food and clothes. This left a lump in my throat to think that our people have so much humanity in them. This tells me “ that we can look after ourselves if everyone gives something.

All I am asking is R20.00 per month from everyone. It adds up quickly. I have already mentioned that we are targeting 1 million people (out of 4,6 million) then we have R20 million per month for welfare activities.

This is what the money will be used for :

(162)¢ After School discipline/skills training. Yes, our young people do need an organization which they can go to when they are finished with their schooling. Here they will be taught discipline, skills, self-defense (only as a form of physical development and self-control) and entrepreneurial skills can be taught. They will also receive effective occupational guidance and be helped with the enrolment at Tertiary institutions

(162)¢ Professional help to people who have been traumatized

THE ROAD FORWARD:

I have already explained the road forward for the Forum.

I am asking you all to please help with the marketing. If everyone recruits one member, then we will be twice as strong in January. If everyone then recruits another member then we are four times as strong in February. Follow this pattern and in August 2007 you will see how strong we really are. My personal dream is that all the shares will be sold and that the WIT LELIE SOCIAL will be R20 million strong on my birthday next year “ 10th August. Then you will see all the wonderful things that will take place. All our people will have a white Christmas at the end of 2007. It is certainly not far fetched “ remember our target is only 1 million people out of 4,6 million. This leaves a lot of room for those who are not interested or for those who are too short sighted to see where the whites are heading.

I foresee a wonderful 2007 for our nation. It is time to stand up and be smart. I therefore need every bodies cooperation.

Now it is time to say goodbye to 2006.

I wish you all a very Blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year. I am going to have a great time in the snow in Switzerland but I will be back at my post on 2nd January 2007. My team will only be away between Christmas and New Year. Thank you to all the people for their willingness to help, without suspicions and doubts and for all the kind words of inspiration. Lastly please allow me to sign off with a few words of philosophy:

The butterfly becomes a worm which spins itself into a cocoon, wherein he then becomes a pupa. The pupa must then become a butterfly again, but he first has to free himself from the cocoon. It is hard work and takes a lot of energy to make a hole in the cocoon. Many butterflies give up hope and die in the cocoon. The funny thing is that nobody may break open the cocoon for the butterfly. You see the butterfly must go through the hell of breaking the cocoon open himself so that he can develop the muscles to be able to fly. Should someone open the cocoon for the butterfly, he will never be able to fly because his muscles are underdeveloped and then he will die in any case.

This is how we also are. We had to go through this difficult time these last few years so that we could learn to use our intelligence and stand together. We must teach ourselves love, patience and humanity so that we can learn to fly again.

I think we can see the light “ the cocoon is going to break in 2007 and we are going to fly.
