When atrocities such as rape, murder, pillaging, extortion, AfricanCrisis was blissfully ignoring such things, not caring along with the rest of the Western world. Where were you when the warlords were busy raping, killing, and pillaging the country to their hearts desire.

But these ‘Islamists’ come along, and suddenly, these warlords are the good guys, and are given money, weapons and carte blanche to oppose the ICU, and return to the status quo. With this action, the Western World has forfeited its right to have anything to do with Somalia, or dictate Somali policy.

4 fighters for a warlord are nothing compared to the Million that have died as a direct consequence of the Civil War, the women raped, the businesses held to ransom. Mr Hoffmans definition of atrocity conveniently forgets the atrocities that the Western World was ready to continue on the Somali people, funding the Warlords in that anti-Terror coalition.

I’ll tell you what is happening in Somalia. I have mentioned before that the CIA is arming those against the Muslims. So what we have is a war which Al Qaeda started there and the CIA decided that rather than fighting them directly, they’d sponsor the other side – the War Lords.

I do not doubt for a second, your statements that the War Lords may themselves be scumbags, but what you are seeing in Somalia is much like what happened in southern Africa. Here we had different super powers who were using money to sponsor different sides in their fight.

I predicted some time back that the war between the West and the Muslim forces could turn into a “War of Third Parties”. What you’re seeing in Somalia is such a war. Al Qaeda with its Iranian, Libyan, Russian, etc sponsors versus the Warlords backed by the CIA.

In essence… everyone is canon-fodder.

If you will recall, some time back, I did warn on my website (within the last week or so) that a MASSIVE WAR involving 12 nations could be brewing in Somalia/Ethiopia.

I did state this.

I do feel sorry for the rape and murder, but unfortunately such is this ugly clash of civilisations. The CIA is fuelling the war against Al Qaeda because if it does not, then Al Qaeda may spread through Africa. So, Somalia is the next battleground.

But… it is my view that this is just the START of much worse to come. There may be many more wars like this. If you will recall I did say that there is a distinct possibility that the Third World may be the first to go up in flames BEFORE the wars truly spread to the First World.

We’re in a World War I’m afraid. I have said too, that this war could rebound badly on Muslims, and in the end, it may be Muslims who suffer the most if this Jihad thing does not work out.

Keep in mind, I have said that Muslims should not be listening to the crazy ones who preach global Jihad. It is a blood bath… and perhaps… tens of millions, maybe even hundreds of millions of Muslims could perish in such a foolhardy venture.
