Republicans claim Democrats linked to Communists

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Republicans claim Democrats linked to Communists

[For years now, I have been pointing out the same thing. I have mentioned that communists infiltrate other political parties and use other political parties for their own purposes. I have mentioned for a long time that in the USA – Liberal positions and rhetoric is not all that different to Communist positions and rhetoric.

Keep in mind that in S.Africa, the African National Congress was originally quite a decent lot but then in the 1930’s the communists began infiltrating the party and taking it over. I have long had the theory that the communists and their buddies have been trying to infiltrate and subvert the Democrats in the USA. Jan]

A new Republican television ad links Democratic congressional candidate Bruce Braley to the Communist Party and says he™s supported by œultra liberals.

The ad, which began running Friday, prompted the Braley campaign to label it a œjoke.

The ad says Braley was endorsed by the Council for a Livable World and was called a œpeace candidate by the Communist Party.

The council, the new ad says, advocates œhuge defense cuts and has a leader that once proposed negotiating with the Taliban.

It concludes by saying Braley™s support from œultra liberals shows he™s œout of touch with Iowa.

Jeff Giertz, a Braley spokesman, did not dispute the ad™s accuracy but said it is œover the top.

œIt™s absolutely laughable, he said, adding Braley hasn™t been endorsed by the Communist Party, nor is the ad claiming that.

He said the Waterloo Democrat wouldn™t accept such an endorsement, anyway. œBruce™s views are independent of any organization or group, he said.

The ad, sponsored by the National Republican Congressional Committee, refers to a June 24 report by the Communist Party USA™s political action committee chair, who labels candidates in various congressional primaries as œpeace candidates. Braley is one of them.

Joelle Fishman, the PAC chair, said Monday the party has not endorsed Braley, nor is it working to help his campaign.

Guy Stevens, chief operating officer for the Council for a Livable World, disputed how his group was characterized, saying it has advocated smarter defense spending, with less money devoted to Cold War-era weapons and systems.

He also said it is misleading to say one of its board members has advocated negotiations with the Taliban.

The council™s Web site encourages donations to Braley™s campaign.

Jonathan Collegio, a spokesman for the NRCC, said the organization stands by the ad™s claims.

œIf the Community Party USA is talking about Bruce Braley as a peace candidate on their Web site, then it proves the point of our ad, Collegio said.

The point, he said, is that œBruce Braley is a very liberal candidate who is supported by very liberal individuals and organizations.

He also said that he does not consider references to the Communist Party œlaughable given its œresponsibility for 120 million deaths in the 20th century.

The Republicans are spending nearly $189,000 on the new ad.

In addition to Braley and Whalen, James Hill of Eldridge and Albert Schoeman of Waterloo are running for the 1st District seat.
