S.Africa: A Funny story about a Serial killer

[Here is a bit of a funny story I was telling some friends of mine, and I might as well post it. In Centurion (Pretoria), for the last few months, they were finding one murdered black woman after another in the veld (bush) – not far from a township. One body… after another… For months the Police denied it was a serial killer but the media speculated it was. Eventually the cops did catch him and admitted they knew it was a serial killer all along, but they did not want to say anything in the media or else he might change his modus operandi. But… it turns out that in this same area, a few years back, they had also found several murdered black women, and then the murders had stopped for about 3 or so years. And then this year, it started with a vengeance… more dead bodies than ever. The total dead is around about 15… But… once they had caught the black man who was responsible, they then explained an interesting fact. The reason why the serial killings had stopped, was because the serial killer had been in jail for some other minor offence. Then when he had been let out… he started all over again… but this time, he really ran amuck. Anyway, I had a good chuckle at the fact that the serial killer had to stop killing for a while because he was in jail for a minor offence. But as soon as he was out… he went back to his business… Apparently, S.Africa is the home of serial killers – all of them black. I know this because a friend of mine’s father was a pathologist, and apparently, when it comes to catching serial killers, our Police are among the best in the world – because they’ve had to deal with so many. I think the record is held by a black guy who murdered about 46 women. Jan] |
