Did Aristide commit atrocities against people in Haiti?

[When an American saw photos on my site of necklacing by the ANC, he commented that Aristide’s people used to do the same in Haiti. Is this true? Are there any photos of this? Aristide is a Marxist so that sort of thing would not surprise me… since the ANC is deeply in love with him… birds of a feather you know… But I’m curious as to whether Mr Aristide and his followers committed atrocities against blacks in Haiti.
